We are excited to announce the availability of Travelers Express Pay, an additional payment alternative for Business Insurance Direct Bill customers, coming on Monday, April 16th.
Travelers Express Pay provides a convenient one-time online payment option for you.
A one-time payment can be made by simply providing a policy/account number and zip code through the online tool. The entire transaction can be completed in 4 easy steps!
1. Enter the policy Account Number or Policy Number and the billing address zip code
2. Choose or enter the amount to be paid
3. Enter the insured’s payment information from your checking/savings account
4. Hit the ‘Agree’ button to approve and finalize the payment
Please note that this payment method is for one-time bill payments, and the system will not store any payment information. At this time, this billing option is only available for Business Insurance Direct Bill policies (excluding Residual Market-RMD). It is not a current payment option for Personal Insurance customers or Business Insurance agency billed accounts.
Express Pay is an addition to the current e-Pay for Business Insurance installment direct bill policy payment option available on Travelers.com. The e-Pay payment tool allows insureds to create an online account, store their payment information and set-up recurring payments to be deducted from their bank accounts
