Last week we received an email with the following subject: Important Updates to your AT&T Internet Terms of Service
My first reaction was “no way I had gotten rid of AT&T more than a year ago”. But then I decided to review the updates the monopoly sent to me and see what’s going on. Here is what I found:
- Abusive Treatment: We have added language that allows AT&T to terminate the service of customers who repeatedly harass or abuse our employees.
What??? :))) So you, jerks at AT&T, actually have so many people abusing and harassing your employees, that you even care to update your TOS and include a termination clause… I would better suggest you attest your employees and also review customer service shpills. Otherwise, soon you have only Americans who can’t speak English and so they harass and threaten only in their own language.
