Terms of Service for Access to Paperless Insurance Services, Inc. Agency Portal

  1. Service Availability: Paperless Insurance Services, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Agency Portal service at any time without prior notice. Continuity of service is not guaranteed.
  2. Usage Liability:

Users agree that their use of the Agency Portal shall not result in any liability for Paperless Insurance Services, Inc.

2.a. Certificate of Insurance (COI) Restrictions: Users must not include any language on their COI that is not pre-approved in writing by Paperless Insurance Services, Inc. or not included in their policy. This includes, but is not limited to, terms such as additional insured, waiver of subrogation, notice of cancellation, primary coverage, and any endorsements affecting coverage.

2.b. COI Language Inquiries: For queries regarding the COI section titled “DESCRIPTION OF OPERATIONS / LOCATIONS / VEHICLES” (as per Acord 25 form), or if additional space is required (Acord 101, Additional Remarks Schedule), users should contact their broker or account manager at Paperless Insurance Services, Inc.

  1. Coverage Confirmation: Coverage is not considered bound or in effect unless confirmed in writing by an agent of Paperless Insurance Services, Inc.
  2. Service Charges: Currently, access to the Agency Portal is provided free of charge. However, Paperless Insurance Services, Inc. reserves the right to impose charges for the service at its discretion in the future.
  3. Service Abuse: In cases where Paperless Insurance Services, Inc. determines there is abuse of the service, it reserves the right to suspend access for specific users without explanation.
  4. Password Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords. Paperless Insurance Services, Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to protect password information.
  5. Terms of Service Updates: Users are advised to review these Terms of Service regularly for any updates or changes that may be implemented.

By accessing and using the Agency Portal of Paperless Insurance Services, Inc., users agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
